Delivery Information

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Italjidlo. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

Order processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business day, subject to payment clearance. Orders placed by 9:00 am are generally shipped the same day, orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if available.

Delivery Prices:

Delivery in Prague:

We offer delivery in Prague 1 to 10 by our own transport.  You will be able to select preferred date and time slot for delivery of your order, however this is not guarantee, we will confirm the date and time of delivery by email or SMS.

Cash on Delivery for delivery in Prague is FREE and you can pay by Cards or Cash. 

Covid-19:

During the pandemic situation, delivery will be performed with Respirator and routine sanitation will be carried out on vehicle and staff hands.

Delivery in the rest of Czech Republic:

The delivery price depends on the weight of the shipment and the shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery is performed by Zásilkovna (Packeta) at Zásilkovna dispensing Point of your choice or Home address or by PPL at home address .

The cost of delivery is based on weight of the shipment and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Delivery for entire Czech Republic for order over 1.500 Kc

Payment on Collection or Delivery is subject to additional fee.

Delivery in Slovakia:

Delivery is performed by Zásilkovna at Zásilkovna dispensing Point in Slovakia or if you chose delivery at address, orders will be delivered by Packeta SK at the specified delivery address of the order.

The cost of delivery is based on weight of the shipment and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Delivery to Slovakia for order over 2.500 Kc

Payment on collection or on delivery in Slovakia: upon request.
